Should you be not completely satisfied with any product, please contact us by emailing email@example.com within 3 working days of receipt. We will liaise with you for the best solution.
HOW TO RETURN
All New Zealand orders will include a packing slip should you require to return your order. Include this with the returned garments in the bag. Please address it to the contact details above.

International customers must pay for all postage of returns to our NZ address.

- EB+FLO takes no responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned (as it’s sent by third-party carriers). So we suggest a tracked method of shipping is used.
- If the instruction above has not been followed, this can result in a delay processing your return. If followed correctly, items will be processed within 10 working days.
