DELIVERY DETAILS
EB+FLO will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days (for orders with payment received before midday (NZST) on weekdays, excluding public holidays).
Using NZPost (CourierPost) as our preferred NZ freight provider, standard freight times apply (1-2 working days, dependant on the New Zealand destination). Rural addresses can take an additional 2 working days, to standard delivery times.
EB+FLO reserves the right to nominate the best freight option for your region, and all parcels will be tracked to your door. With delivery during standard business hours (weekday).
We therefore we are not responsible for the loss of parcels if the customer has created a redirect, likewise if addresses have been entered in error. P.O. Boxes can be shipped to, however delivery can only be confirmed to the post location.
Should for any reason, your item has not arrived, package has been received damaged/faulty. EB+FLO should be contacted no later than 3 working days (from dispatch confirmation email). So that we can take action to track, and resolve. Failure to contact us in such time, would mean delivery has been received, and in an acceptable condition.
EB+FLO reserves the right to determine resolution to delivery issues, and would liaise with the customer on the appropriate course of action.
DELIVERY CHARGES
FREE delivery is offered on orders $140 and over to all destinations in New Zealand. Orders under $140 have a NZD$5.00 delivery charge. For International delivery details and rates please see below.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
- Any applicable taxes, duty, tariffs, insurance and brokerage charges are to be paid by the recipient of the package. As we are only charging the transportation fee for the parcel.
- Also note that prices are GST or local tax exclusive and EB+FLO does not offer GST refund for exported products. As we use the GST portion to subsidise the shipping cost, if not applicable to the destination.
- When reordering an item from a return, full postage rates apply to return the item and for the reordered style.
