Following the success of the inaugural Downtown Market in 2024, we’re bringing back the vibrant fusion of General Collective and Britomart Market for a next-level market experience. Explore a carefully curated selection of stalls featuring the best in crafts, fashion, art, homewares and gourmet delights.
Get amongst a weekend of discovery, indulgence, and community spirit, celebrating the creativity and talents of the makers and artisans of Aotearoa. Whether you’re on the hunt for unique treasures or simply enjoying the lively atmosphere, there’s something for everyone – and entry is free!
The Britomart Market in Takutai Square opens at the usual time of 8:00am each day, and the General Collective market showcase will take place in Te Komititanga opening from 10:00am, giving you plenty of time to explore the stalls, grab a bite to eat, and make the most of your day.
